Osprey Daypacks

!: Osprey Daypacks

To many of us, Osprey might be an unknown brand in the backpack industry. In the latest years however, they have rocketed onto the scene with some of the best daypacks on the market. Actually, it is strange that they have made quality backpacks since 1974, because they haven't seen the spotlight before in the later years.

Osprey has become know for being a company that is very innovative and they have been trying new solutions numerous times during the years. One example is that they were the first company to use mesh padding in the back panel of their backpacks.

Today they have a really solid line of packs. They have good variation in the backpacks and you can find just about whatever you want in their product line. Their specialty however, is daypacks. Names such as Talon and Helix might be familiar to those of you who pay close attention to tests in magazines. Actually, I have never seen an Osprey daypack get a bad score in any test or competition they have entered. This shows that the products they make are top notch quality.

The best known model from Osprey is probably the Revo. This pack has just about everything you can expect from a daypack. It is small, but still quite voluminous. It is 1300 cubic inches. It sits close to the back, which gives you good contact and a good carrying experience. It has its own laptop compartment and is set up for use of hydration pack. This really is a daypack that you can use for anything from school to explorations on other continents.
